Abstract
A summary of biological data for Portulaca oleracea L. (purslane) is provided. A cosmopolitant weed throughout temperate and tropical areas of the world, purslane is a common garden and agricultural weed across southern Canada. Effective control has been obtained with a wide range of postemergent and residual herbicides.Keywords
