Abstract
The effect of spatially variant T2 decay in echo planar images has been investigated. A simple, direct method to remove T2 effects, requiring no knowledge of actual T2 values, is also reported. The method is based on taking the geometric mean of two Hermitian symmetric data points before Fourier transformation. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
