Abstract
A semi-solid medium containing reduced iron, peptone, and inorganic salts is described, which is used as a base for addition of carbohydrates. It is shown that fermentation reactions of obligate anaerobes can be studied in this medium without use of special anaerobic apparatus. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
