Abstract
A patient is described in whom a clinical picture resembling allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis was found to be caused by hypersensitivity to the fungus Stemphylium lanuginosum. Bronchopulmonary reactions to antigens other than Aspergillus may be more frequent than is currently believed. Keywords
