Abstract
The development of the statistical mechanics of a polar fluid given by us earlier is extended to fluid mixtures. It is found that although the components of the correlation function hij(12) that contribute to the dielectric constant ε can no longer be directly expressed in terms of ε, as they can for the single-species fluid, ε can still be simply expressed as a functional of hiij(12).Keywords
