Abstract
A case of spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak from a sacral nerve root sleeve is reported. The leak resulted in CSF hypotension, which failed to resolve with prolonged bed rest. An epidural blood patch using autologous blood placed percutaneously via the caudal canal was successful in treating the problem. Keywords
