Abstract
The theory of describing function method used in analyzing and synthesizing nonlinear control systems has been supported so far largely by practical systems simulated in analogue computers. This paper presents a practical contactor servo system which is designed on the basis of this theory. The experimental result checks with theoretical prediction within engineering accuracy. The practical validity of this theory is thus further verified.Keywords
