Successful treatment of Sweet's syndrome with doxycycline

Abstract
Two patients with Sweet's syndrome are described, both of whom were treated with doxycycline 200 mg daily, and responded well to therapy. Doxycycline appears to be an effective alternative to corticosteroids for the treatment of Sweet's syndrome.Keywords
