Abstract
When murine peritoneal macrophages were incubated in presence of 10-6-10-8 M bradykinin, their spreading increased. When macrophages were incubated in presence of a low MW fraction of the supernatant from cultured [mouse lung] Lewis carcinoma''s cells (AP) their spreading decreased. When macrophages were incubated first with bradykinin then with AP, no inhibition of spreading was observed. When macrophages were incubated first with AP then with bradykinin, the increase of spreading was not observed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
