Abstract
An experimental investigation has been conducted to enhance and control corona discharge in two small diameter cylindrical hollow electrodes by an external gas flow. The results show that the time-averaged corona current for fixed discharge voltages increases with increasing gas flowrate of pure nitrogen, and pressure drop is not significantly influenced by corona discharge currents. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
