Abstract
The reactions were studied at a bombarding energy of 28 MeV and angular distributions were obtained for all observed states. Spectroscopic factors were extracted from distorted-wave Born-approximation calculations of the cross sections. These spectroscopic factors, and those from the reactions, were renormalized to satisfy sum-rule constraints. Some configuration mixing in the ground state of is inferred. The two neutron holes in produce very sizable rearrangements of the proton orbital populations in .
