Nonleptonic Decays of Hyperons

Abstract
A simple model of the nonleptonic decays of hyperons is discussed, in which weak interactions occur only through the two-baryon vertices. The model is in agreement with the main features of and decays, and leads to pion coupling constants of the same sign and nearly the same magnitude.
