Abstract

After exposure to ⁶⁰Co γ-rays, aqueous glasses containing sodium or potassium fluoride, chloride, bromide, or iodide gave e.s.r. spectra containing features characteristic of the radicals H·, MH⁺, ·OH, and halOH^–.
