Abstract
Summary: Complement fixing blood group antibodies are described. A description is given of some of the reactions of cells sensitized with antibody in the absence of complement; the action of complement on cells is also described. The effect of altering various conditions in the indirect anti‐globulin test, when employed for the detection of complementfixing blood group antibodies, on the strength of the result of this test is described. Zusammenfassung: Es werden komplementbindende Blutgruppenantikorper be‐schrieben. Keywords
