Abstract
The Disc method was applied to study 3 enzymes (.beta.-xylosidase, .alpha.-fucosidase and .alpha.-mannosidase) in 22 Bacillus spp.; an unequal distribution of those enzymes which may be applied to differential diagnosis of some species was shown.
