Abstract
As in vitro fertilization becomes more acceptable, it will become a standard procedure in any obstetrics-gynecology service that seeks to offer a full range of tertiary care. Experience with development and operation of such a service is described in detail, as is the procedure itself—from oocyte extraction, fertilization, and transfer of the embryo to the mother's uterus. Keywords
