Carcinoma developing in a drainage sinus of chronic osteomyelitis of the humerus

Abstract

A case is reported of a squamous-cell carcinoma arising in a drainage sinus of chronic osteomyelitis of the humerus. The site, the early age of onset, and the short history are remarkable It is suggested that racial variation may account for the early malignant change.
