Abstract
Three cases of sarcoidosis in which there was histologically proven granulomatous involvement of the nasal mucosa are reported. Nasal symptoms were the presenting complaint of this systemic disease in all 3 patients. Differential diagnosis of this hypersensitivity response was discussed. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
