Abstract
Far infra‐red stratospheric emission spectra recorded with a Michelson interferometer on board the AES balloon gondola during the 22–23 July 1974 flight from Churchill, Manitoba, are discussed and integrated column densities of H2O and O3 derived for an altitude of 22 km. The possibility of detection of other constituents by present and future instrumentation is assessed. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
