Abstract
Summary: Data are presented from analyses of the changes in dry weight, chlorophyll, protein and RNA content of the third pair of leaves of Perilla frutescens from the time of completion of leaf expansion to abscission. It is shown that the amounts of these leaf constituents change at different rates and that the changes occur at different rates in different parts of a leaf. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
