Abstract
The lay practice of Cao Gio is quite commonly used among the Vietnamese for the treatment of fever, chills and headaches. The skin is massaged with oil until warm by firm downward strokes with the edge of a coin until petechiae or frank purpura appear. Physicians should be aware of this practice to eliminate concern about child abuse. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
