Abstract
Summary A cellular sequence containing the integrated human papillomavirus type 16 genome in a cervical carcinoma cell line QG-U was cloned and analysed. The transcriptionally active viral genome disrupted at the E2 and L2 open reading frames was amplified with its flanking sequences.Keywords
