Abstract

We have observed exclusive decays of the

ψ^{'}

in an experiment where the

ψ^{'}

is formed in antiproton-proton annihilations. We report the branching ratios

B (ψ^{'} \to e^{+} e^{-}) = (8.3 \pm {0.5}_{stat} \pm {0.7}_{syst}) \times 10^{- 3}

,

B (ψ^{'} \to J / ψ π^{+} π^{-}) = 0.283 \pm {0.021}_{stat} \pm {0.020}_{syst},

B (ψ^{'} \to J / ψ π^{0} π^{0}) = 0.184 \pm {0.019}_{stat} \pm {0.013}_{syst},

B (ψ^{'} \to J / ψ η) = 0.032 \pm {0.010}_{stat} \pm {0.002}_{syst} .
