FTIR characterization of triclinic lead phthalocyanine

Abstract
Infrared absorption spectra are presented for freshly evaporated lead phthalocyanine, oxygen doped lead phthalocyanine and material which has been vacuum annealed. The spectra allow characterization of films for utilization in gas sensors and FET structures.Keywords
