Abstract
Variations of polarization with temperature in PbZrO3 ferroelectric phase were determined from the pyroelectric effect and the electrical hysteresis loop. Tests were conducted on single crystal and ceramic PbZrO3 samples with various degrees t of defects density in the Pb and O sublattices. It was found that polarization of ion defects affects the value of effective polarization and also the temperature of phase changes between the ferroelectric, antiferroelectric and paraelectric states. Keywords
