Abstract
Arteriographically verified traumatic thrombosis of the internal carotid artery in the neck of a boy 2 years and 10 months old was treated by thrombectomy. A preoperative right hemiparesis subsided within 5 days after the operation. Postoperative arteriography proved restored circulation.Keywords
