Abstract
The spin dynamics of the classical Heisenberg model on the bcc lattice is computed with a Monte Carlo molecular-dynamics approach in the paramagnetic phase at and . The resulting scattering function and its integral over restricted energy windows are computed and compared with the recent neutron-scattering experiments on iron. Reasonable overall agreement with much of the experimental data is found.
