Abstract
Xanthelasmoidea is an old term that has been used to describe yellow papules of urticaria pigmentosa. Here it is used to describe the cutaneous lesions in a young child with 1-2 cm oval papules, each of which was studded with 10-20 yellow puncta. Biopsy disclosed the puncta to be small nests of mast cells separated by normal dermis. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
