Abstract
By measurement of λe, Hc, and χ0, we demonstrate that surface crystallization offers a viable method of controlling the magnetostrictive response of metallic glasses. Peak strains of 60 ppm with Hc = 10 A/m and χ0=104 can be achieved. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
