Abstract
The results observed after experimental inoculation of active mumps virus into 41 vaccinated and 32 unvaccinated children,—with the consent of their parents or guardians,—indicated that formol-inactivated mumps virus obtained from the parotid gland of the infected monkey and employed as a vaccine in the manner which has been described increased the resistance of about half of those to whom it was administered. Keywords
