Abstract
Methods are described for the identification of specific precipitin lines in quantitative immunoelectrophoresis patterns by means of specific antisera or purified protein solutions. The direct comparison of complex patterns made possible by the present methods allows the task of identification to be restricted to a reference pattern. Keywords
