Abstract
A spectrofluorometric method for the determination of 1-benzyl-3[3[image]-(dimethylamino)propoxy]-lH-indazole (Benzydamine) in tissues and blood of the rat is described. Benzydamine reaches the brain, is excreted through the kidney and concentrated in the liver and spleen. Benzydamine was also detected in experimentally inflamed tissues.
