RadiativeE1Decay of Analog States inY89

Abstract
A study of the dipole spectrum of analog states in Y89 is presented. Both ground-state decays and transitions to the second excited 32 state are discussed. The angular momentum and parity quantum numbers of the levels under consideration are 12+, 32+, and 52+. As in previous work in even-even nuclei, most of the radiative strength is found concentrated in the high-energy region of the spectrum.
