Abstract
A study of the dipole spectrum of analog states in is presented. Both ground-state decays and transitions to the second excited state are discussed. The angular momentum and parity quantum numbers of the levels under consideration are , , and . As in previous work in even-even nuclei, most of the radiative strength is found concentrated in the high-energy region of the spectrum.
