Abstract
A 57-year-old woman without a known neoplasia developed opsoclonus, myoclonus, and ataxia. Positive anti-Ri antibodies were present in both serum and CSF. The patient also had progressive encephalomyelitis with rigidity, an association not previously described.Keywords
