Abstract
Treatment options for epithelial ovarian cancers are under constant evolution. Recent advances have occurred in both first-line and second-line chemotherapeutic regimens. A newly published approach to first-line therapy incorporating intraperitoneal chemotherapy has demonstrated a benefit in selected patients. There are several new drugs showing activity in platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer. Keywords
