Abstract
A typical case of hereditary sensory radicular neuropathy with recurrent ulcerations and arthropathy in the lower extremities and a radicular sensory deficit of the upper and lower limbs without evidence of motor dysfunction has been presented. The geneologic information presented is consistent with previous descriptions of this disease as a Mendelian dominant trait, but sporadic cases are also recognized. Keywords
