Abstract
Es wird eine Fernseh-Funduskamera vorgestellt, die bei minimaler Beleuchtung des Fundus mit einer Spektrallampe sowohl Fundusaufnahmen herkömmlicher Art als auch die Registrierung von Fluoreszenzangiogrammen ermöglicht. Der Einsatz einer Spektrallampe optimiert die Fluoreszeinanregung und gewährleistet so die Herabsetzung der Beleuchtungsintensität bis in niedrigste Bereiche. Der Patient wird dadurch maximal geschont und kann das Auge während der Untersuchung ideal ruhig halten. Die Qualität der Aufnahmen wird so entscheidend verbessert. A television-fundus-camera is described, which makes possible video-tape recordings of both conventional fundal- appearances as well as fluorescein-angiograms. Minimal illumination of the fundus with a spectral lamp is utilized. The uze of a spectral lamp optimizes the excitation of fluorescein dye and the intensity of the illumination can therefore be reduced to a minimal level. Thus, patient inconvenicence is minimized and ocular immobility can be maintained for the duration of the examination, which results in better quality recordings.
