Abstract
The photoionization cross sections of neon have been measured from the onset of ionization to 200 Å. The value at the spectral head was 6.3×10−18 cm2. The continuum oscillator strength is discussed utilizing previously published data. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical calculations by Sewell. Keywords
