Abstract
Notes that pediatricians lack information on proven practices for preventing childhood obesity but can address the growing dilemma by talking with families about four behaviors: (1) limiting television viewing, (2) encouraging outdoor play, (3) encouraging breastfeeding, and (4) limiting consumption of sugar-sweetened soft drinks.Keywords
