Abstract
In den Gesamtfettsäuren von Aquilegia vulgaris wurden ungefähr 60% einer trans‐ungesättigten Trien‐Fettsäure gefunden, die als trans‐5,cis‐9,cis‐12‐Octadecatriensäure identifiziert wurde. Die Samenöle anderer Ranunculaceae (R. asiaticus, Adenois aestivalis und Trollius) enthielten diese Säure nicht.Keywords
