Abstract
157 cases of carcinoma of antrum and ethmoid have been studied. An attempt has been made to classify them according to mode of spread, and the salient points of each group have been pointed out. Treatment was based on a combination of radiotherapy and surgery—usually in that order. Radiotherapy technique is discussed together with possible complications and methods of avoiding them. Results are given according to classification, histology, lymph node involvement and method of treatment.
