Abstract

Enhancements in the

A

region and at 1.670 GeV are observed decaying into

π ρ

. The

A_{1}

enhancement is not well described by a simple charge-exchange Deck effect. The isoscalar character of the 1.670-GeV enhancement is confirmed.
