THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND SATISFACTION WITH JOB CONTENT.

Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the proposition that better educated workers will be less satisfied with the actual content of their jobs than less educated workers. The methodology of the study and questionnaires used are described, and the results of the research are examined as they related to correlations between level of education and satisfaction with work. Several tables presenting the findings of the study are reviewed, including results indicating that more highly educated employees are less satisfied with the way the organization is managed than were less educated employees.
