Abstract
Relatively high levels of PCDDs and PCDFs have been discovered in hair samples taken from people scavenging for recyclable waste from Cairo's municipal waste dumping sites. The PCDD/PCDF isomer pattern observed in GC/MS‐SIM fragmentograms of hair extracts was almost identical to that observed in emissions from municipal waste incinerators.Keywords
