Abstract
High resolution separations of DNA fragments up to 10,000 base pairs have been performed using high-performance liquid chromatography, capillary gel electrophoresis, and capillary electrophoresis in entangled polymer solutions. These methods were compared with respect to their performance and efficiencies in the resolution of DNA fragments. Keywords
