Abstract
A procedure for the preparation of a Cal-free hydrolystate of rat molar teeth which permits the simultaneous determination of hexosamine and collagen in a minimal amount of sample gave an average hexosamine recovery of 99.8% and an average hydroxyproline recovery of 105.2%.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
