Abstract
A recently proposed × model of quark mass matrices is extended in parallel to include leptons, assuming that neutrinos are in fact not massless. As an example, it is shown how a massive τ neutrino with a coupling of no more than 6% to the electron neutrino may naturally fit into such a scheme.
