Abstract
A patient with histiocytic lymphoma developed bilateral oculomotor nerve palsies, sparing the pupils. At postmortem examination, there was lymphomatous infiltration in the oculomotor nerves. To our knowledge, this is the first patient with lymphoma to manifest these isolated findings.Keywords
