Abstract
The influence of hot-forging upon the dielectric properties of ceramics from the BaO-RE2O3-T1O2 system has been investigated for different rare-earth compounds. Dielectric measurements in the microwave region have been performed using a waveguide resonator technique. The difference in dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency is explained by electrical anisotropy. Keywords
