Abstract
The prevention of vascular crises in open prostatectomies with prophylactic measures in the logical approach in susceptible patients. Low dose heparin was used in 150 cases and compared to 160 cases that had no heparin. The comparison proved that low dose heparin will eliminate many vascular crises and reduce the mortality rate. Therefore, there is not an increase but a decrease in complications, and improved morbidity and mortality rates. Low dose heparin should be used in all urological cases. Keywords
